About Gravity Clutch

We're a team of passionate Aussie gamers who believe great reviews should be honest, thorough, and free of hype.

Gravity Clutch editorial team

Born from a Love of Gaming

Gravity Clutch was founded in 2021 by a group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated by review scores that felt disconnected from real player experiences. We set out to build something different: a platform where every review is written by someone who genuinely plays and cares about games.

Today, our team spans Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney — covering everything from blockbuster AAA releases to hidden indie gems. We attend Australian esports events, interview developers, and spend hundreds of hours with every game we review.

Our editorial policy is simple: we never accept payment for favourable coverage, we always disclose when we receive review copies, and our scores reflect our honest opinions — nothing more, nothing less.

Our Editorial Values

🎯

Honesty First

We call games out when they fall short and celebrate them when they excel. No publisher relationships influence our scores.

🇦🇺

Australian Perspective

We review games as Australian players experience them — including server quality, regional pricing context, and local community health.

⏱️

Time Well Spent

We complete games before reviewing them. No rushed launch-day takes — we give every title the time it deserves.
